Liabilitycontracts
Generally Sphinx Taxi is only liable for damage standing directly in relarionship to the compamy.
For missed departuretimes Sphinx taxi isn't liable. The company is also not blameable for consequential costs caused by this. If you miss your departure time we charge the full price.
Also we are not blameable for delates, accumulations and road blocks.
We are not liable for luggage and there contents.
Offers, Online-pricelist
All our offers are without engagement. If we accept the convention and the circumference is relying on our written confirmation.
Spoken or telefonic other deals count only if we confirmate them written..
All prices are in Euro and if not mentioned explicitly inclusive purchase tax. Pricelists are without warranty. We are not liable for pressing mistakes.
Bookingcontracts
Transferdrives can be booked by internet or phone. Reservations not concerning the near (Ischgl environment to 30km) are only fixed after written confirmation by Sphinx Taxi! If there are unexpected events such as traffic jams, weather-caused latenings or accidents, the transport maybe has to be cancelled. Sphinx Taxi tries to get up a substitute car. In such a case you may have to wait a bit. The drivingprice is still the arranged one!
Payingcontracts
If there is nothing else said, the charge is to pay directly after the driving to the driver. Discounts are only possible after our written confirmation.

choose of right : What counts is austrian material right. You can't use the UN-Buyright. The language of the convention is german.
